In case you are not familiar with the fact, Christmas Adam is the day preceding Christmas Eve.

For Christmas Adam dinner, this year we dined on :
Steamed rice
Steamed cabbage
Halibut so good even Leah (our non-fish eater) liked it
Shrimp fried with butter and garlic
